Terms and Conditions 

All track fixtures are are manufactured by WAC Lighting (www.waclighting.com) and are UL rated. 
All recessed fixtures are are manufactured by WAC Lighting (www.waclighting.com) and are UL rated when used with housings shown. 
Track fixtures are compatible with Halo, Lightolier and Juno brand fixtures and track. Refer to .............. for detailed information. 

ORDERING
A $100 minimum order is required for for free delivery within the Continental US. All orders under $100 will be charged $22.50 at checkout for shipping and handling.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. 
We reserve the right to select carrier on all shipments unless special arrangements are made prior to shipment. Title on all shipments passes to purchaser upon delivery to carrier.


At the time your order is placed, we will do our best to ship it complete. If we are temporarily out of stock we will automatically back-order unless written cancelation is received. All back-orders will be shipped as soon as possible.

All freight claims for damages, breakages, or shortages wheither obvious or concealed must be filed with the freight carrier as immediately. 

WARRANTY
All fixtures are provided with the following warranty from the lighting manufacturer, WAC Lighting: "W.A.C. warrants to the first non-dealer purchaser of any of its products that they are to be free from defects in material and workmanship. If a product does have a defect, W.A.C.'s obligation is expressly limited to repair or replacement, without charge, at W.A.C.'s factory after prior written return authorization has been granted. W.A.C.'s obligation under this warranty does not extend beyond the initial cost of the product and accordingly any consequential damages or labor costs arising out of a defect are expressly excluded. This warranty shall not apply to products that have been altered or improperly used. Notice of a defect must be received by W.A.C. within five (5) years from the date of purchase. Excluded from the five (5) year warranty are all light bulbs, which are warranted to perform satisfactorily to the industry standard burning hours rating, but in no case to exceed five (5) years. Also excluded from the five (5) year warranty are the HID ballasts, which are covered by separate manufacturers' warranties. W.A.C. will not accept any responsibility or liability on the ballasts whatsoever. Contact W.A.C. for information on the manufacturers' warranties." 

RETURNED MERCHANDISE
Defective merchandise will be replaced or refunded, however, no merchandise may be returned without prior return authorization. Non-defective merchandise may also be returned but is subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping and handling. All requests for returns must be submitted to IPN Lighting at RMA@ipnlighting.com. IPN Lighting will then issue instructions for shipping and an RMA number authorizing the return. The items must be returned in their original packaging within 15 days of their delivery. Light bulbs and any special order items cannot be returned. all unauthorized returns or collect returns will be refused.
